1. Add the desired gift voucher to the shopping cart.
2. Optional - add the recipient's email address to the comments box in the shopping cart (Add Comment and Select Payment Method page). Once payment is confirmed we will send an email to the recipient with the gift voucher code.
3. Complete the shopping cart and purchase the gift voucher.
4. Once payment has been confirmed a gift voucher code will be emailed to the buyer. We will send an email to the recipient with the gift voucher code if their email address has been entered into the comments box in the shopping cart.
5. If required the buyer can then give the gift voucher code to the recipient of the gift voucher.
   

1. Add the desired goods to the shopping cart.
2. Add the gift voucher code to the comments box in the shopping cart (Add Comment and Select Payment Method page).
3. Select payment method - Other.
4. If the value of the order (including P+P) is less than the value of the gift voucher, the goods will be dispatched as normal and the remaining value of the gift voucher will be confirmed.
5. If the value of the order (including P+P) is more than the value of the gift voucher, the goods will be dispatched once the additional payment has been received. The additional payment can be made with any of our normal payment methods.

Terms and Conditions

• Gift vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase.
• No transaction charges apply to the use of these gift vouchers.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of purchase and Hornby Train Restorations reserves the right not to accept any gift vouchers that are not valid gift voucher codes.
• No responsibility will be accepted for lost or stolen gift voucher codes and such gift vouchers shall not be refunded.
• The Hornby Train Restorations gift vouchers can only be accepted for goods and services offered by Hornby Train Restorations.
• Hornby Train Restorations reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time.
• Allow 4 working days for delivery of the gift voucher codes by email.
